How to use

Two modes: intensive or fast.

Intensive Treatment (2-3 times/week)
Where: Thighs, buttocks, hips, abdomen, legs (wherever there is water retention or swelling)
How:
1.Apply a generous layer of Fango Gel
2.Wrap the area with transparent film (or wear cartene shorts)
3.Leave on for 30-40 minutes (relax with legs slightly raised to enhance drainage)
4.Remove the film, dab off excess product
5.Massage from bottom to top until completely absorbed (no need to rinse)

Quick Application (daily evening use)
If you are in a hurry, apply it like a normal body cream and massage from bottom to top until completely absorbed. Less intensive, but still effective for daily maintenance.

For visible results: Use consistently for at least 3-4 weeks. Measure circumferences before and after!

Boost the effect

Keep your legs slightly raised during application. Put a cushion under your feet: it helps venous return and boosts drainage.
Massage from bottom to top after application. Follow the lymphatic flow: from the ankles towards the thighs. Essential for drainage.
Measure circumferences before/after. Thighs, hips, calves: note the cm. You will see concrete results in 2-3 weeks.
