How to use

Simple, fast, effective.
Where: Legs, buttocks, hips, abdomen, arms (wherever there is water retention or skin to tone)
How: Apply an adequate amount only to the affected areas (legs, buttocks, hips, abdomen, arms) and massage with circular movements from bottom to top until fully absorbed.
When: Once or twice a day. In the morning before getting dressed and/or in the evening, after showering.
