How to apply? Apply the draining gel bandages starting from the ankle/foot up to the inner thigh, applying slight traction while wrapping. Now cover with the nonwoven sheet and leave on for at least 40 minutes. Do not rinse off.

How to use them? Use them once a week in combination with draining body cream.
