Returns and Cancellations
Did you place an order and want to return one or more products? Don't worry, we're here to help! Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package.
Here's how to proceed:
- 1. FILL OUT THE FORM: Download and fill out the PDF form, then include it in the package you're returning.
- 2. CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Send a copy of the form to our customer service at servizioclienti@theuniqueform.com and wait for confirmation before shipping the package.
- 3. PREPARE THE RETURN PACKAGE: Make sure to include the return form and the products you're returning. Remember that the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
- 4. SHIP IT: Send the package with the courier of your choice to the following address:

REFUND: After evaluating the condition of the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees, within 14 days of receiving the package. Note: Cosmetic clothing is not subject to exchange or return.
